FRER are the most sensitive tests available - they can detect hcg levels as low as 6 and ive actually known people test positive with levels lower than that. Other brand tests usually start around 15-25 hcg which if hcg doubles every 48 hours are generally 2-3 days later than FRER at showing a BFP. Thanks. Report.m. m. Trying to Conceive. I was a week late before I got a bfp with my first. remember that the most common days for implantation are 8-10dpo with 9dpo being the most common so it's very very possible you can still get bfp. getting a positive before 11-12dpo is not as common as you think.
