If your IP cores were generated with Core Container Enabled, then you just copy over the .xcix files to the new dir. If the IPs did not have Core Container Enabled, then the main file would be .xci plus some associated files. So I have the game + updates and DLC (Melty Blood Type Lumina) merged to a single NSP file with SAK since I can’t find a way to install updates on Skyline. Well, the game doesn’t seem to have the updates and DLCs when loaded in Skyline. Using the exact same file on RyujiNX loads the DLC and updates. What might be the issue here?

That joiner allows ns0,xc0 and 00 files and then adds the ns*,xc*,0* files to process that have the same name. So basically: nsp folder\game1.ns0 will seeknsp folder\ game1.ns1, etc... nsp folder\00 will seek nsp folder\01 ... It's either nsp or xci. But just try another installer application.
