Based on the Hodgdon site info for the 4350 powders compared in the same conditions try dropping Barnes IMR data 2.0gr on both ends, (61.5gr - 68.0gr) I have shot the 338WM with a 210 Partition and 74.0gr of RL-19 with good results. I haven't tried the Barnes bullets in the 338WM in any combination. 3.This method of 1 shot at progressively higher loads tells me little. 3 to 5 shot groups at each load is my preferred method. My method netted me these results. Both H4350, and RL16 loaded from 40 to 43 in both ,all groups were 1" or less. I have an IMR 4350 load worked up for my 300 WSM but would like to try one of Hodgdon extreme powders. Can I consider these two powders the same as far charge weight goes? Has anyone here tried the new Enduron line from IMR? The IMR4451 is stated to be temperature stable and a replacement for the elusive H4350.Sep 23, 2016 · Bugger, Both IMR4350 and H4350 vary slightly in burn-rate from lot to lot, but overall I've been using exactly the same charges as IMR4350 since starting to use H4350 at least 15 years ago, with very similar results in both accuracy and velocity in cartridges from the .243 Winchester to .375 H&H. Mar 14, 2019 · Accurate 4350 in it's current form is made in the IMR plant in Canada, and my current load with it for 30-06 and a 190 grains Nosler is 58.8 grains and that is 2% off of where I found pressure. My H4831 load is 59 grains. So it is quite a bit slower than the other 4350's. . Who's in jail shelby
In my mind this proves 100% that H4350 is the FASTEST burning of the 4350 powders. It gave the highest velocity in EVERY cartridge, sometimes over 100fps faster. That's quite a difference when you're talking about a 165gr bullet.
